The final stage of the 2021 European U21 Football Championship will be jointly hosted by Hungary and Slovenia. The 12 teams that advance to the final week will be divided into 3 groups and play single-legged game. The best teams of each group and the second place of the best group can advance to the semi-finals (if teams are tied, count head-to-head results, goal difference, goals, group goal difference and group goals). If the game is drawn after 90 minutes, extra time will be played with a penalty shoot-out followed if needed. There is no golden or silver goal.
