The Poland Liga 1 consists of a total of 18 teams, and plays in a double round-robin tournament. The winner gets 3 points and the loser has no points. If there is a tie, each gets 1 point. The final ranking is determined by the points. If the points are the same, the ranking will be determined by the game records of the two teams. The top two teams in the league will be promoted directly to Poland Ekstraklasa, and the last three teams in the league will be directly relegated. The fourth from the bottom and the fourth in Class C will play in the promotion playoffs.
