Eight teams which are at the bottom of that list in CAF will fight for Perimeter. Four winners will come to Qualifying Groups competing with other 44 teams. The top two of each group will earn a ticket to the 2021 showpiece in Cameroon. In the next stage, the 24 teams will be divided into 6 groups of four teams each and the top two from each group as well as the third in the top four group will upgrade. After that, it comes to 1/8 Final, Quarter Final, Semifinal, 3rd place and Final, which will decide the third, the second and the first.
